Agreement to our Legal Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeldConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not WeldConnect has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeldConnect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

WeldConnectmay terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeldConnect regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and WeldConnect.

10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10.3 Waiver

The failure of WeldConnect to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
